Beetroot
Beetroot microgreens are young, vibrant shoots grown from the seeds of the Beetroot plant, harvested within 7–10 days of germination. They feature deep red stems with small green or reddish leaves, giving them a rich, attractive appearance. Their texture is tender yet slightly crisp, and their flavor is mildly sweet with an earthy note, similar to mature beetroot.
